3. Booking and Scheduling
To schedule our services, clients must provide advance notice as specified in our booking policy. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests; however, availability is subject to demand and weather conditions.
3.1. Appointment Confirmation
Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent to the client via email or phone. It is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the appointment details.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is transparent and based on the scope of services required. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.1. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service is not performed to the client's satisfaction, please notify us within 48 hours for a potential resolution.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

7. Gardener Responsibilities

8. Liability and Insurance
We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages or injuries that may occur during service provision. However, we are not liable for inherent issues within the property or unforeseen natural events.
8.1. Damage to Property
In the unlikely event of damage to property, clients must notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the issue.
9. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination may be subject to cancellation fees based on the terms outlined in the booking policy.
9.1. Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches any terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
11. Amendments to Terms
Gardener Herne Hill reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through dialogue and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as appropriate.
